Rising Stars This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. Super Stars This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level! Students will refine and advance their current skills, including backbends, round-offs, and cartwheels, while learning new exciting skills like back and front walkovers, pullover on the bars, and squat-ons. With a focus on technique, strength, and precision, Superstars provides a fun and challenging environment where gymnasts can continue to grow and build confidence as they progress to more advanced skills with our supportive and encouraging coaches. Welcome to Racquets & Swim New this summer we are expanding racquet sports to include pickle ball, badminton, and table tennis. Footsteps Child Care, in partnership with the City of Belmont, and support from the USTA NorCal, will again offers the H.I.T.S. tennis program. This program combines the challenge and fun of playing tennis with the educational and character-building aspects of team sports in a cooperative team environment to foster sportsmanship, integrity, camaraderie, responsibility, positive self-esteem, and social skills. All participants receive an H.I.T.S. t-shirt, wristband, ball, certificate, players/parents manual and more!!!

Farm Camp is run from our 1-acre school farm in the Mission Terrace neighborhood. We provide an opportunity for children to connect with nature while directly participating in the daily rhythms of farm life. Our day camp is designed to inspire a connection with and love of the natural world, and also a chance to get hands dirty in fun and educational ways. Activities include animal care for our chickens, weeding, watering, mulching, harvesting, compost care, crafts and free play. Children should bring snacks and lunch and come prepared to get dirty!
