What your child’s day will look like
Music and art go hand and hand! In this class, our most senior teacher Natalie will explore music with her students, teaching them original JAMaROO Kids songs! Then she’ll introduce them to arts and crafts working together throughout the session to create musical instruments from recycled items and beautiful fun visual aids to go with the songs they learn. In this class, children will work on developing and Strengthening the following: Fine Motor Skills, Speech and Language skills, Cognitive Development, Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Colors, Numbers, Shapes, Sensory Exploration, Patience, Impulse Control, Ensemble Singing, Matching Temp, Rhythm and Pitch 15 MINUTE EXPLORATION TIMES: We are eager to build community together as we open our JAMaROO Kids Club! We invite you to arrive up to 15 minutes before your class, and stay up to 15 minutes after your class ends, to explore our space with your littles! We simply ask that you adhere to the 15 minute windows before and after out of respect for the previous class, and the following class. If you would like to play in our space for longer please consider signing up for one of our open playtime hours- these can also be found on our registration page. Thank you for your cooperation! This session, we will focus on Insects, Gardens, and Weather, as well as the jungle! This is a 7 week session for Monday classes, and an 8 week session for Tuesday-Friday classes.

Natalie Ernst
Instructor
Natalie Ernst joined JAMaROO Kids in 2013 as a full-time teacher with a degree in Child Development from CSU Chico. Her experience working with children prior to joining JAMaROO Kids spans over 10 years and includes working as a preschool teacher at a number of preschools, teaching summer camp, and teaching children’s gymnastics. Natalie has been singing and playing the guitar since she was a child. She has a background in musical theater and has been formally trained in gymnastics, which she still occasionally practices. When Natalie isn’t teaching for JAMaROO Kids, you can find her face painting for parties and events and performing with multiple theater groups and improv troupes.

Our first party at JAMaROO and it was so much fun! My son loves all of his teachers and was so excited to to see them all there at once. There were so many great activities (his favorite was the face painting!) and the best part was the music time with not one but two teachers leading it together! What a blast for the kids and adults alike.

STROLLERS Stroller parking for our Art Classes is limited. Please bring a stroller that can be left outside, folded up, or avoid bringing your stroller altogether if you you're joining us for a art class. Refunds We do not offer refunds. If for any reason JAMaROO Kids has to cancel the class due to an emergency - we will credit you for the class or book a makeup class. Make- ups: We are now allowing two make-ups for missed classes per session. Your make-up classes must be arranged by the office and will be limited to the classes we have space in. Make-up classes do not carry over from one session to the next. SIBLING DISCOUNT Please note that the sibling discount is reserved to siblings/children residing at the same address. It is not valid for other arrangements (i.e Nanny Shares). We also require legal guardians/parents to register their children for emergency contact and liability reasons. Please do not have nannies/caregivers register on your behalf. JAMaROO Kids Referral Program If you register for a session, you can take advantage of our Referral Program any time during the session! Bring a new friend who has never attended a JAMaROO Kids class to class with you for FREE! If they register for the session after, we will add a credit for one class to your account, to be used toward a future class or session purchase. Please note: This offer includes one Free Drop-in per child in the guest family.
