What your child’s day will look like
In class, children go on a yoga adventure using their imaginations and the art of storytelling to help navigate through yoga poses. Our destinations include hiking in the Mountains, diving in the Great Barrier Reef, going on a Safari in Africa, or sledding in the North Pole. On our journey, we play yoga games, sing yoga songs, and practice breathing techniques. Our goal is to give young children a developmentally appropriate way to explore yoga poses, mindfulness and social emotional learning. In this class, children will work on developing and strengthening the following: Speech and language skills, Cognitive development, Creative thinking, Problem solving, Team work, Concentration, Listening Skills, Yoga Poses, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Strength, Social Emotional Learning, Breathing techniques, and Self Calming skills 15 MINUTE EXPLORATION TIMES: We are eager to build community together as we open our JAMaROO Kids Club! We invite you to arrive up to 15 minutes before your class, and stay up to 15 minutes after your class ends, to explore our space with your littles! We simply ask that you adhere to the 15 minute windows before and after out of respect for the previous class, and the following class. If you would like to play in our space for longer please consider signing up for one of our open playtime hours- these can also be found on our registration page. Thank you for your cooperation! This session, we will focus on Insects, Gardens, and Weather, as well as the jungle! This is a 7 week session for Monday classes, and an 8 week session for Tuesday-Friday classes.

Izzi Goldman
Instructor
Isabella (Izzi) Goldman joined JAMaROO Kids in 2024. Izzi has a background in studying music therapy at Loyola University New Orleans. Her experience working with children prior to joining JAMaROO Kids spans over 10 years and includes working as an after-care teacher, camp counselor, kindergarten aid, as well as managing and teaching at a children’s circus, dance, and theater studio. Izzi has sung her entire life, participating in her first musical at age 5. She has been classically trained as a vocalist since the age of 9. One of her most notable singing experiences was when she got the opportunity to sing with Kristen Chenoweth, the original Galinda on Broadway. Izzi is native to the Bay Area, being born in San Francisco and growing up in her teen years in Napa. In her free time, you can find her playing around with makeup, singing karaoke, making crafts and trying new recipes to cook. When Izzi was asked what she loves about teaching for JAMaROO Kids and working with children, she said, “Getting to watch a child’s confidence grow through music that you are teaching feels like magic. The sense of accomplishment and joy is contagious and fills my heart with happiness.” Fun Facts: Izzi loves the muppets and lives by the belief system that everyone is a combination of two muppets. For example, if Izzi was a muppet, she would be a mix of Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear! Favorite Animal: Elephant Favorite Color: Sparkles Favorite Food: Any Form of Potato!

Our first party at JAMaROO and it was so much fun! My son loves all of his teachers and was so excited to to see them all there at once. There were so many great activities (his favorite was the face painting!) and the best part was the music time with not one but two teachers leading it together! What a blast for the kids and adults alike.

Refunds We do not offer refunds. If for any reason JAMaROO Kids has to cancel the class due to an emergency - we will credit you for the class or book a makeup class. Make- ups: We are now allowing two make-ups for missed classes per session. Your make-up classes must be arranged by the office and will be limited to the classes we have space in. Make-up classes do not carry over from one session to the next. SIBLING DISCOUNT Please note that the sibling discount is reserved to siblings/children residing at the same address. It is not valid for other arrangements (i.e Nanny Shares). We also require legal guardians/parents to register their children for emergency contact and liability reasons. Please do not have nannies/caregivers register on your behalf. JAMaROO Kids Referral Program If you register for a session, you can take advantage of our Referral Program any time during the session! Bring a new friend who has never attended a JAMaROO Kids class to class with you for FREE! If they register for the session after, we will add a credit for one class to your account, to be used toward a future class or session purchase. Please note: This offer includes one Free Drop-in per child in the guest family.
