Mondays- 9am-3 p.m. My 7yr old son is struggling right now with virtual learning. I would need someone to help sit with him and help him stay on task to complete his work. He has behavioral issues and I would need someone strong, but kindhearted. My 11yr old daughter would be present also, but she completes her work independently. Wednesday's-3pm-8:30 p.m. I go into the office Wednesday evenings and would need someone to babysit my 7yr old son and 11yr old daughter. We are looking for full time childcare for two families in Media this fall, maybe through the whole school year. Both families have been taking social distancing very seriously, and we'd want anyone we'd be bringing in to do the same. We will have a teacher working with the 5-year-olds, from 9-12 for virtual kindergarten, and are looking for someone to watch the little ones during that time, and then watch the whole crew for a few additional hours in the afternoon. The 2-year-old will nap from 1-3 each day. So, even though there are 4 kids, you'd really only be in charge of all 4 at lunch. All four parents are working from home, and can help as well. We'd prefer someone who loves playing outside! There are some walkable playgrounds and parks in the area, and all the kids love to explore nature. They also love art, crafts, and books. Our family is in need of a flexible, reliable babysitter. We need a sitter 2-3 afternoons a week to help out with running kids to activities (need your own car), getting homework done, light meal prep and other kid related activity. Most of the time one parent will be home but about once a week you'll be doing pick up and bedtime etc. There is some flexibility in start time but preference if you'd be available at 3 p.m. to pick up our youngest on occasion. We will use a minimum of 12 hours a week but some weeks could be more. Weekends and evenings later than 8 p.m. will be available and we'd offer them to you first but aren't a requirement of this position.
