We are a fun loving family who are looking for long-term on-going care for our son born June 2019 (soon 1) and daughter born June 2015 (newly 5). Our daughter loves books, playing pretend, gymnastics, and practicing writing. She is bubbly, loves her brother, and likes to tell jokes. Our son is quick to laugh and overall easy going. We use cloth diapers and make sure to spend at least a little time outside every day, even on cold or rainy days. We try to use natural consequences as a rule enforcement style. We try to minimize screen time and media. We have one cat, a very playful orange Tabby. We have a large yard, swing set, screened in patio, fire pit, and large vegetable garden. Our daughter is due to start Kindergarten in the fall.

We are looking for a great family assistant for family with 12-year-old child in Laurel. We would prefer someone who could help out with housekeeping and errands as well as laundry and pets. We would prefer an assistant who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets. Important note - sports practice is Tues and Thurs and the candidate must be available in the evening to drive to practice (aprox 30 minute drive).
