Long Term Babysitter For Our 18m/old Girl

We are looking for a great nanny for our beautiful babygirl. We live in Laurel, my husband is a truck driver and I work in property management. My final days are coming for my maternity and will be heading back to work soon. We're looking for someone who can come to our home and care for our soon to be 2month old. No housework is required, the main focus will be caring for our baby's needs, feedings, dressing , tummy time/play time, nap time. Ideal time will be 8:30 a.m. to :30 p.m. As for my schedule, I work from 9 a.m. to 6pm, 5 days a week, at times I will be off 1 day during the week as I am required to work weekends, my office rotates the weekends shift, however they do provide the staff with a monthly schedule, so we are able to plan ahead. We are looking for someone consistent / long term as we want our baby to be comfortable (not having different caretakers) and on a routine.

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Laurel.

2 male dogs that havent been fixed yet, but are very lovable, 40 lbs each, theyre brothers and love to cuddle with humans and each other. They have a lot of energy so preferably a house with a fenced in yard would work best, and preferably no other pets since we arent able to get them fixed until we return from our trip. We will need dog sitting in the future as well and would LOVE to find someone who is able to watch them in the future as needed, but one time is fine too. Thanks!
