Wild Child San Diego Nature School

Children learn through play, asking questions, and exploring the natural world around them. Our program incorporates the philosophies of Emilia Reggio and also includes Waldorf style teaching. Myself and my teachers are highly educated and experienced inproviding a fun outdoor experience at our nature school. The school is located at mission bay where we have access to playgrounds, bathrooms, the ocean, sand, shade, dirt, and nature to explore. For students who are still taking nap time, we have a shady canopy to sleep under. We also have access to indoor beds through a comfy camper that is parked close by. This also allows us access to our own private toilets and microwave! Our daily lessons and play time include music, art, early reading strategies, math strategies, and age appropriate science lessons! Our teachers strongly believe that learning should be fun and work hard to provide an engaging daily experience for the littles.
