The society is bombarding children with <br/>violence and undermining their development of positive <br/>social skills. <br/>At my childcare environment, everything is built around the <br/>child’s need in a very safe, nurturing, and comfortable <br/>relationship based on their individual needs. This program is <br/>very stimulating in areas of physical development, <br/>intellectual, social interaction, and emotional expression. <br/>Problem solving is the way to teach children to resolve <br/>conflicts by self- control, and be respectful to others, so <br/>this will happen through; ACTIVE LISTENING, NEGOTIATION, <br/>SETTING LIMITS, and AFFIR MATION. Active listening: Let children to express themselves, and <br/>think about their problem. <br/>Negotiation: Helps them listen to each other, and work <br/>together in a conflict situation. <br/>Setting Limits: To stay safe, and not to harm each other. <br/>Affirmation: Children need to know they are important as <br/>well as their words and emotions. <br/>It is essential for children to enjoy their environment (home, <br/>childcare setting, school...).Then they stretch their capacities <br/>for learning and use their intelligence Home Child Care is a form of self-employment that has no <br/>room for expansion due to licensing regulations.
