10 years and still going strong. I wouldn't change my job for the world. I have had my ups and downs but Tammy never gave up on me and pushed me to be better. She values her employees and her clients. I've had the honor to working in both home and nursing facilities. Whether its with an elderly or someone who needs assistance with adl's due to an illness or disability, there's nothing we couldn't tackle. There's not a company I'd rather work for than Nexus Homecare. I'm so honored to have gotten the chance to move up in my ten years. I'd recommend it to anyone for a job or care for a loved one. I'm a bit upset with "No N" review. I worked briefly with Nexus & found the Ladies in the office (who work with clients as well) to be very nice, caring, fair & professional. I unfortunately had to abruptly leave them due to My personal reasons. I would work with them again in a heartbeat! I would also recommend them to loved ones, to work with them & receive their services.

This is a great company to work for! I have been with them for a few years and they treat me like Family and I love them! I have never had any problems with my work schedules. They treat their Clients with the upmost respect!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB AS WELL AS MY THREE BOSSES Tammy, Stacey, and Renee..They value each and everyone of their employees AND clients.. If you go to work, do your job as directed, take an extra mile to make sure your client or clients are happy, show up on time, make call outs as little as possible, make yourself flexible and reliable worker(even if your off), and prove your worth keeping on a job you will have no problem making it with this company. Tammy started this company on her own 7 years ago doing all the clients herself and grew from there, so therefore it's our job to make her proud to hire us and trust to send us out to people she has so much compassion for( THE ELDERLY). WE STRIVE TO MAKE NOT ONLY CLEINTS HAPPY BUT ALSO OUR BOSSES. I HAVE ENJOYED WORKING WITH MANY DIFFERENT CLIENTS AND HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BOSS LADIES! I have worked in different types of health care facilities and Nexus is by far the best yet.. I can only hope we continue to grow over the years!! Let me add all companies have their down time aka slow times, and we usually only have those due to death or hour decreases by client or family but quickly pick back up within generally a week or less! I have haven't seen one unhappy customer yet in my years of working here! I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know including my very own family members..

Nexus Homecare is the best company I have come in contact with in a while. Not only are the clients treated with the upmost respect but so are their family members and the employees that work for them. Management goes out of their way every single day to make sure that everyone, clients and employees alike are treated fairly and in a timely manner.
