Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile for Mariposa Family Child Care.

My name is Megan and I am opening a new home daycare in Becker November 3rd, 2014. I have openings for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age kids. I'm a mother ofthree; ages 4, 8 and 12, and the youngest of 11 children! I've been around kids all my life and it has been a dream of mine to open a home daycare. I finally have the right home and opportunity to do it! Being from a large family, I have been around children and babies my entire life as many of my nieces and nephews were my age or younger. Also, having three of my own kids...well, I have lots of experience. I also have experience as a Nurses Assistant. I do know some Spanish and will be incorporating that into my daycare as far as learning colors, numbers, general vocabulary and conversation. I am establishing a preschool curriculum that I will be using as well. Please feel free to call me to set up a time to meet. I am available to talk in the evenings and weekends as I work out of the home until I open. I am half way through the licensing process and am on track to be licensed by mid-October.
