Hello,
My name is Jennifer, I am the founder and primary caregiver at Little Acorns Daycare. Prior to opening Little Acorns, I worked as a licensed nurse however, I do have several years of experience in childcare in both private and daycare center settings.
Our daycare is on its own floor and provides its own entrance, toddler/preschool classroom, infant classroom, large gross motor activity room area, 2 bathrooms, a separate full kitchen for eating and crafts and a private backyard outdoor play area. We offer quality child care in a small group setting with a structured curriculum.
Our curriculum is age appropriate, in which children develop skills in:
*Fine & gross motor skills
*Story time, Arts & Craft
*Color, Number and Letter recognition
*Music exploration
*Outside play & walks. (When weather permits)
We also have special instruction guests monthly for other activities such as children's yoga instruction, a music teacher and others to be added.
We serve nutritious snacks and all natural foods.
We are now open with limited spaces available!
Our hours are 6:30am - 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact us directly to discuss early drop off or late pick up flexibility.
