About Lend A Hand Of Boulder City

For over 30 years, Lend A Hand of Boulder City has been dedicated to helping seniors and/or disabled Boulder City residents remain independent in their homes. Lend A Hand operates on a donation basis and clients are not charged to be a client or fees for services. Lend A Hand has 4 office employees and over 50 volunteers who perform all tasks for over 300 clients annually. We provide the following services:
- Individual round-trip transportation to doctors' appointments anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley

Individual round-trip transportation in Boulder City for local errands, grocery shopping, post office, bank, etc. <br/>- Companionship <br/>- Respite for Caregivers <br/>- Light Housekeeping (vacuum, sweep, dust, dishes, bed linen changes, etc.) <br/>- Minor home upkeep (change filters, change light bulbs, etc.) <br/>- Walking/Exercise with client <br/>- Pet walking <br/>- Laundry <br/>- Take down/up trash and recycles <br/>- Check mail <br/>- Grocery Shopping for client <br/>- Reading to clients <br/>- Additional approved tasks <br/>Boulder City is known for being a retirement destination and being the only service available like this our impact is a drastic one for our community.
