Hello Parents,
I am a 35 year old female, mother of three. I have my BA in Psychology with a specialization in Children and Adolescent. I have my BLS certification which entails first aid, CPR, blood born pathogens and Cognitive AED. For the past 8years, I have been running an in home daycare. I have excellent references. . The entire lower level is set-up for the children. The space includes a main room, two bedrooms and a full bath. I have an outstanding group of families whom I have been working with long term. I run things very similar to a preschool providing a combination of a school and home like setting. A typical day includes ABC's, numbers, days of the week, shapes/colors, etc. We enjoy reading stories, playing dress-up,play-doh, and of course if the weather is nice, we are outside. I strive to not only provide an educational atmosphere but also a respectful environment. I emphasize great importance on the idea of cleanliness, kindness, and friendship (Please and thank you go a long way).
