i am a pharm tech at a local hospitol. i rencently called for a pt med list and refused service with screaming and swearing by banita who answered the phone the first time and 40 minutes later she refused to let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me and then refused to answer my calls. she told me it was my problem the pt wont have meds now.
