ComForcare Senior Service provides In-Home, non-medical care. Our focus is to provide Quality Care in a way that is non-intrusive and comfortable for ALL the individuals receiving our care.

We are accessible 24-hours per day, seven-days a week, 365 days per year.

Our services are broken down into two categories - "hands-off" services such asmeal preparation, light housekeeping, errand running, etc..., and "hands-on" services such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, transportation and ambulation, etc... <br/> <br/>We recognize that it is difficult to ask for assistance, and even more, strangers are entering your home. Consequently, we have a very detailed 10-Step hiring process that allows us to do the verification of our employees. They all do the following: <br/> - Hand written application <br/> - Release of references/reference verification <br/> - Individual skill assessment <br/> - Basic nursing assessment, character assessment, and red-flag assessment <br/> - Document verification <br/> - Multiple Background checks <br/> - On-site Drug-screening <br/> - 4-5 hour employee orientation and training <br/> <br/>Our RN begins the "high-touch" process with an Assessment of the individual that is receiving care. We form a "baseline" of your medical situation, and provide care recommendations that are appropriate for the situation. Our RN then briefs/trains our care staff, with a goal of meeting all the care demands needed.
