Expanding WA Licensed Home Care Agency looking for outstanding Caregivers to care for seniors in their homes. Individuals must have completed CNA training or other WA State Certified Training programs to work in the Long Term Care/Senior Care industry. Must be willing to travel at least 20 - 25 miles from their home to the clients home/place of work. Currently we are hiring for ALL shifts . Caregiver must be compassionate, patient, & a good listener.

Qualified Candidate must have outstanding personalskills. The able to adapt to each clients care needs is a critical skill. Personal Care Giving is just that &quot;Personal&quot; its more than just performing a daily task on a written care plan. It's about connecting with the client &amp; their family. This means being open and willing to go beyond the obvious needs and look for ways to provide additional service to the client. Once you have identified a need its about being proactive and providing the services when you see it. Its not about having to be reminded &amp; told to assist. As a caregiver you are a guest in their home that can always be uninvited by them. You must be able to connect with people and create real value to the client for the time you are in their home. This means willing to serve/work for &amp; with the client with a glad heart.
