My best friend was coming close to the end of a long battle with cancer and it was time to bring in a home aide, but my friend wouldn't accept this. Brooke worked with me, often after normal business hours, on the language to use and the reasons to give my friend, that helped my friend accept that she needed help, without causing her to lose hope or independence. She helped me problem solve many issues as my friend's illness progressed and she didn't want to accept it. Brooke was very compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and kind and was always prompt in getting back to me. Her staff is professional and hardworking and when the time comes for anyone else in my life, I will definitely call on Always Here again.

I contacted Always Here Home Care looking for extra help with my dad for an upcoming vacation.
I received a quick pleasant response from Brooke.
Told her my plan, hours I'd like and told her ultimately I was looking for an agency to take over all of my dad's care.
Unfortunately Always Here doesn't take my dad's insurance(MassHealth).
Although Brooke couldn't help with that....I could not have been more surprised or happier when she called me the very next day to refer me to an excellent company that does!!
Brooke was professional, compassionate, prompt and went above and beyond anything I was expecting!!
I definitely would have been thrilled and comfortable with placing my dad's care in the hands of Always Here just on my dealings with Brooke.

I have been fortunate to have connected with Always Here Home Care for my 98 year old mother who is living on her own.. The consideration to use this particular service was recommended by my mother's doctor who felt the need for her to subsidize her personal care. There had been several instances (safety and otherwise) that seemed to show her doctor that this would be a great way to oversee and monitor her independence and keep her safely in her home as she wishes.
My conversations with Brooke Martindale, director, was always sensitive and kind. I felt a warm and trusting connection with her service. Not only was she willing to monitor my mother's situation, but her willingness to keep in contact with other services currently being used by my mother made for a supportive situation. I would certainly recommend this service... highly!
