Looking for someone with experience with kids with ADHD and sensory challenges- who is patient and kind. We also need someone who has been following COVID quarantine guidelines as someone in our household is immune-compromised. We do have 2 sweet dogs & a mellow cat so please consider that when applying. It is important to us that you have your own car and that you do not smoke. Given COVID-19, we will engage in a discussion about safety and health and are willing to share our own routines and plan. You will be caring for our 10-year-old son who is energetic, funny and likes to play. In addition to weekday afternoons, we would also love to hire you for weekend days/nights if you have the time but the weekdays are a priority right now (due to our jobs). Thanks for considering us!

You would support her in spending time in the community with fun activities such as taking walks to the park, relaxing at the library, exercising at the local gym, going to walk the mall, or simply hanging around in the garden and backyard at her home. Must be able to walk five miles on a routine basis. To be paid for by Medicaid this person needs to have Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work or Gerontology or a certification in Behavior Analyst or Technician or be NADD (if you have to ask what there are then you do not have them)

Our son has ADHD and school can be a struggle so we would want someone who can guide him in remote school and then also get them out and tire them out! A background in childhood ed or experience with ADHD would be preferred. I am an NP and my husband is in sales. I work a lot of nights so I am in and out, as is he. We try to keep things pretty organized but also fun. Ideally, we are looking for someone with flexible hours but we are willing to guarantee a certain number if needed. If they stay in school, it would be Mon-Wed 8:30-4/5 but if they go remote, it would be Mon-Fri, shorter days if desired.

We're looking for a summer nanny for 7/28-8/28. We need coverage for the gap between when our current au pair returns home and our new au pair can get her visa in order to arrive. There may be some flexibility in start and end dates. Our children are a 3. 5-year-old boy (N) and a currently 4-month-old girl (T). N is very active and loves to be outside and go on walks. He would benefit from someone who is also excited to explore parks, playgrounds, and neighborhood sidewalks. T is a typical infant without special needs who is still young enough to need frequent feedings and naps. Someone with previous infant and toddler experience is ideal. We also have a friendly 55 lb Golden Retriever. Schedule varies slightly, but is typically 8a-4p on 3-4 weekdays a week. Can provide full schedule on request.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic individual to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with our 4-year-old son who has high-functioning autism. The primary focus of the program is teaching social and play skills at his preschool and our home in Springfield. Training and oversight provided by an agency. Willingness to learn through constructive feedback is essential. Experience in working with individuals with autism is preferred. The preschool schedule is Monday 8:30-3:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30-12:00. Home scheduling will be flexible, but shifts will be approximately 2-3 hours in duration.

Hi, Our nanny is leaving us to start her own family. We're looking for a nanny to help with our 4-year-old son and our 2-year-old daughter. We need someone who is a non-smoker and who has a car. Duties include picking up my son from school, making lunch, playing (especially outside), reading books, taking walks, singing songs, doing art projects, and putting the kids down for a nap. Duties also include the kid's laundry. We are looking for someone to join our family long-term. Our daughter has some special needs that will need extra attention.
