We would hire Livi again in a heartbeat. She is caring, thoughtful, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. The first hour she came she cheerfully set to work. She moved in later that night as his round-the-clock primary caregiver. She has been an indispensable advocate for our dad from the beginning. During the first weeks she was here, she went with dad to his doctors' appointments with lists of questions and concerns. She helped us make the house safer for dad. When he was hospitalized recently, she stayed with him almost the entire time. Now that he is at home, on hospice, we could not get along without her. Always kind, but firm, we have truly enjoyed having her be a part of our family. (Dad has Alzheimer's, kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, a-fib, and now congestive heart failure.)
