Alma worked for us for several months and is great with senior personal care (bed baths), transfers, medicine administration and PEG tubes. She drove my loved one to certain medical appointments, accompanied us to other medical appointments, did laundry, meal prepped for my senior when asked and accompanied her at the hospital at times. I hired ms.Alma for my father with schizophrenia, it was very important for us to find someone who was bilingual and had experience with dealing with medications so we were very lucky to have found exactly what we needed

Alma has worked for me for 4 years she was taking care of my father until he passed to then taking care of my mother until she also passed.
She is very straight forward and reliable she also has back up if she needed a day off.

I had several appointments with Alma she did not call nor show up she was supposed to take care of my mom. I had already interviewed her on the phone we had two appointments the first one I had to call her she said she forgot the second one she would not answer call text phone and never showed up she's basically a no call no show very undependable.

I hired alma about 2 years ago for my grandma, alma was so caring and really responsible about her job , Alma and my grandma had a really good bond they connected really well and also she is bilingual my grandpa really liked that because she didn't really speak much English.
