As a mom of 3 teenagers, I've been around the block with almost all the child rearing stages now and I think I've done a pretty good job! (All great students, well mannered, and avid readers - my oldest is nearing his eagle scout, middle is a competitive pitcher for softball, and the youngest is into all things horses.) And now, I'd love to help you with your kiddos! My home or yours. I've been a SAHM or WAHM for the last 16 years and I love to read, play games, do crafts, help with homework... You name it! Only caveat, I still need to be available for my own kids after school - meaning I need to leave by 2:30ish (depending on location). I do have a mini van though so yours are welcome to tag along for our afternoon activities if you're ok with that and need the extra hours! I promise they will not be neglected during this time, and instead will have the added joy of a few more people to love on them!

Hi, I'm a recent transplant to Denver, coming from Atlanta. I teach English writing and literature at a local college and have experience providing care for all ages of children. I began working part-time as a babysitter in high school and have continued to do so as my schedule allows. Most of my experience is with young children (infants through elementary school age). Typically, I spend time playing with/reading with children. I can perform general duties like changing diapers/helping with potty training, feeding/providing meals for kids, and facilitating nighttime routines (bathing and putting children to bed, etc). I can also provide homework assistance as well for older children. Additionally, I have been a regular volunteer in my church's pre-school department, working specifically with infants, for 11 years. I can, of course, provide excellent references upon request. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your family!
