At The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education, we believe that caring for and educating children is a noble and enriching task. We are more than just a child care center. We pride ourselves on the love and respect we provide to each child and their family. We have more than 25 years of experience in providing children with the tools and the environment necessary to achieve their highest potential.

When you walk into our center, you get a sense of being amongst family. We consider our center to be your child's home away from home. At The Learning Experience children are given the support they need to grow socially, physically and emotionally (or LEARN, PLAY and GROW) in a safe and secure environment. High-tech security systems, an exceptional and proprietary curriculum, a well-equipped, clean and sanitary environment and state of the art center are just some of the ways The Learning Experience stands apart from the others. We are proud of our structured, yet fun environment that offers children a world of opportunity to gain confidence and knowledge, all while establishing a love for learning and giving parents peace of mind that their child is in good hands.

It is important to trust the people who are responsible for the care and education of your children. Each staff member is a loving and nurturing individual with exceptional credentials. Teachers and assistants must follow strict guidelines, meet all state certification requirements and are encouraged to participate in sponsored continuing education programs. Mandatory First Aid training and CPR courses are provided annually. Consistent evaluations by superiors and parents help maintain the center's high standard of excellence for its personnel.

We know that choosing a daycare for your child can be a difficult decision. Knowing that, we are here to help and to provide parents with peace of mind that their little one(s) are being cared for in a nurturing, warm and secure environment. Whether your child is an infant or preschooler, we offer the best in age-appropriate care and academic and enrichment programming. We encourage you to visit our center so that you can see first-hand you how we can make a positive difference in your child's life.

Full of Life Learning Center has created a warm and happy place for infants, toddlers, preschool-aged, and school-aged children to thrive and learn. Physical growth and development changes are rapid between birth and three years of age. Physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development is more interrelated for this age group and more dependent on a consistent relationship with an adult caregiver. Our students' language skills, English and Spanish, are enhanced through oral communication, phonics, writing, vocabulary, personal reading, teacher story time, singing, and pre-reading activities. We encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving. Recognizing that children grow to predictable stages, we treat each child as an individual, working from the level each child has attained and moving one step at a time. We teach a love of learning by allowing children to experience their own stage of development and helping them feel success without pressure. We encourage and establish a positive and productive relationship with families. We ensure a well-run purposeful program responsive to the child's needs. We offer age appropriate phonics classes, baby sign language, after school tutoring, summer programs, Spanish classes, and ESL classes. With flexible hours, affordable rates, meals and a low Teacher-Student ratio; Full of Life Learning Center is the child care facility for you and your family!

Philosophy....

I believe all children are unique in their own ways. I think children learn a lot of things on their everyday life. They pick up habits from other children or from adults. Children learn from actively investigating the world around them. When children play with siblings and friends, they learn from each other. They also learn by doing hands on activities. Children also learn through physical and emotional action that occurs around them. I think as children grow up they learn what's around them. Children learn by doing and seeing. They learn from personal interaction with playing with other kids, they feed off each other Children learn best when they are not pressured to learn in a way that is of no interest to them. A child learns by imitation. Children learn by imitating their parents, their teachers, and their peers.

Goals
My goals are to provide high quality care in my home daycare. Provide a healthy and safe environment for my children. I'm going to strive to be the best day care provider for my children and parents. I want to be able to give all my children the same TLC, Where they all feel comfortable being in my presents. I also want to be able to give my children the best learning environment, so that they can be ahead when they start school. As a daycare provider I want to dedicate my time into my children as if they were my own. I want to provide positive impact on them, so that as they grow to be young boys and girls, they will know how to value their everyday life, and be successful.
