About who needs care: Very intelligent, worked in education at all levels including college and administration (24 yrs.) for a total of 45 years.
Was born in Chicago of immigrant parents so I understand the process. I am bilingual Greek and English and have a school book knowledge of Spanish. My interests are wide and varied; my passion is travel and I have been to all 50 states, most of the provinces of Canada, Mexico extensively (both coasts and Mexico City and environs), South America(climbed Machu Pichu); Coasta Rica; Guatemala; Panama; Venezuela; most of the Caribbean Islands, all of Europe, African Safari, Russia, lots of cruises, etc. Sure I forgot some places, but for fun I attended College of DuPage and earned an AA degree in Travel and Hospitality and worked in the industry part time
from 1981 to 2007 for fun and to earn money for Social Security because educators in Illinois earn pensions, not SS. I like to laugh, am pretty easy to get along with, and will help the caregiver as much as I can. I have three other women who come to help, each with their own skill sets, but they have other patients to also care for, and although they have pitched in to cover, every one is getting tired and I definitely need more people I can call on.
