Hi! We're looking for help with our daughter this summer. She has autism and a speech delay but can communicate the basics. Due to her speech delay, someone whose primary language is English is probably best. She has a sweet and fun personality. My husband works from home, so your main job will be keeping her occupied so she doesn't bug him too much. She can get bored easily, so we're looking for someone who can take initiative and direct her to new play when needed. Due to her autism, she makes limited eye contact and doesn't always respond when spoken to. But she loves people and gives lots of snuggles. We're still working on potty training. We have a mini poodle and two cats. My husband works in business, and I'm a therapist. We're looking for someone warm and energetic who genuinely enjoys kids. We look forward to getting to know you!
