Help needed for my mother in her 90s - seeking full-time live-in home care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Non-smoker and fluent English is a must, German speaking would be a huge plus! We have a current caregiver for her, but need to replace with someone who is a better fit, willing to do a 30 day live in trial period to test to see if compatible.

I'm looking for someone to clean my house bi-weekly. It's a one bedroom, one bath condo. It should take about 2 hours and I typically pay $75 per cleaning. Looking for someone reliable and trustworthy who can come regularly while I'm at work. Occasionally I may ask you to do laundry during cleaning, but it would just be sheets or towels, not clothes. If I ask for laundry I'll offer $100 for the 2 hours. Beyond cleaning, I'd love to find someone who is comfortable running light errands for me, like grocery shopping, posting mail, help with organizing or donating clothes, etc. I will always provide the money up front for such errands and offer $25 per hour for any time beyond what it takes to clean. We are looking to team up with a job-sharing nanny long term for 1 child in Basking Ridge. We currently have someone who is looking to cut down on hours so this would be for 2-3x per week from 8am-5 p.m. Ideally, we would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, errands or grocery shopping and laundry.
