Organized, Kind, Responsible Babysitter

Part Time
Morristown family needs a part-time babysitter. Must love kids! Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Light Housekeeping: I have weekly cleaners; but want house tidy in between. Pick-up or Drop-off: Ice hockey and tennis. Homework help: Key part of job. Laundry: Only occasionally. Meal Preparation: Make sure kids eat somewhat healthy meals. Errands / groceries: Only occasionally. Comfortable With Pets: We have 2 great dogs. Has Own Car: Need a license to drive our car; need a car to get here. Schedule Details: I need help with the kids after school until their homework and/or sports are done, timing varies. About the child(ren): 1 boy 10 years old; 1 boy 13 years old; 1 girl 15 yrs old; job will focus mostly on boys; all very sweet kids. I'm a recent widower in Morristown with 3 awesome kids. I need help making sure the kids are on top of their school work, driving them to sports/other activities, eat somewhat healthy meals, etc. I work from home, have lots of families with kids in the same activities, and have a big family myself (I'm the younger of 6) so this is not as daunting a task as it might sound. It's more about finding someone who is responsible, organized, communicates well, and really cares about the kids. I would like someone reasonably local. I would also like to find someone who encourages to kids to engage in healthy outdoor sports or other outdoor activities when they are done with their work. There is entirely too much screen time lately. The likely hours would be around 230 (boys get off bus) to 7 or later depending on sports schedules or whether all home work is done. The kids are in private schools plan to go back in person. I will need help even if the kids switch over to remote learning. Flexibility to help out during some remote learning day times and/or on some weekends is a plus. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
