Live In Nanny Needed In Saint Simons Island Georgia

Full Time
Kind and active family with 6 children (newborn twins born in May, 2-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl) are looking for a highly experienced and proactive live in nanny to join their family in beautiful St Simon's Island, GA! POSITION DETAILS: Family has a newborn care specialist helping with the twins, so depending on start date, the nanny may initially work alongside her. Position begins as soon as the right person is found but preferably starting by August/September. Both parents work but have somewhat flexible schedules so the nanny will not typically have all four children on their own (especially at the beginning while getting to know the children and Mom is on maternity leave) but will need someone who can comfortably manage their family on their own when needed. Family has a full-time housekeeper so no heavy cleaning is needed but the family would like someone to assist with daily light housework pertaining to the children (laundry, dishes, preparing meals, cleaning up play areas and kid's rooms and keeping toys, books and clothes organized, etc) and work alongside the housekeeper as needed. Family would also like assistance from the nanny to keep the children's items stocked such as diapers, wipes, vitamins, medicine and other clothing, accessories, and supplies, including weekly grocery and pantry items. Family has one friendly dog. No pet care is required besides possibly letting the dog out to the backyard, giving the dog water during the day or possibly taking her on a walk with the kids if the nanny feels comfortable. Looking for someone to work with and join their family long term. They would like at least a one year commitment but are planning on having a live in nanny for the next 2-3 years, at least. Mom has a severe nut allergy so they are a nut-free home. None of the children have any special needs or food allergies. Family is open to a nanny relocating from other areas. Due to COVID-19, special precautions may need to be taken prior to start, including testing and/or self-quarantine prior to start-date, and car travel to the family's home.
