We are in need of house cleaning services ASAP. We would like to find a provider for twice monthly services however we would like to start with one time services until we find a good fit. We would like someone that can provide a plethora of services from basic cleaning to office organization. Cleaning hours would strictly be 9am-3 p.m. and I would be present during this time as I work from home. The provider should also know we have a camera system throughout the interior and exterior of our home, so any potential provider would need to be comfortable with that. I have a pretty standard cleaning needs for my home. Nothing serious or requires significant deep cleaning. My downstairs is tile and the upstairs is carpet. The bathrooms are not disgusting, nor are the bedrooms. I am guessing that the first cleaning would require a bit more. However, subsequent cleanings could be a lot quicker and more about maintenance. (I would like to do reoccurring, but would like to see someone's work first.)

Moving into a new home and would like it deep cleaned before we move in. Laminate floors everywhere except the bedrooms where there is carpet. We also need a couch shampooed if possible.
