Searching for a great house cleaner, who pays attention to detail.
There are two homes that will be taken care of regularly, right next to each other. One home will be need to be cleaned every other week, the other home will be cleaned monthly.
Tasks included are: mop/vacuum floors accordingly, dusting, bathrooms, change linens in kids rooms, wipe down kitchens, and occasionally organize children's closets (2). The children's closets are done upon request. All of these tasks are taken care of on a regular basis, so it is not "dirty".
As mentioned previously, there are 2 homes that are a part of this, but we are flexible on the time. 1 per day, both same day, etc.
As the homes are not "dirty" and deep cleanings are not required, we will pay $50. 00 per house, as that is what we were paying our previous cleaning ladies.
