2 very friendly dogs. First floor only needs cleaning

We have a two story home with three bedrooms and 3 little kids who LOVE to make a mess. I would need a housekeeper to focus cleaning on the main floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, and stairwell) as well as our upstairs bathroom and hallway. Mopping and vacuuming of all floors are also a must as we have a little baby. Bedrooms are less critical but I may occasionally ask for them to be dusted and vacuumed (on the days they are not too much covered in a mess of toys!).

We are looking for someone to come twice a week for 3 hours each to do regular cleaning. I have a basic list below of some of the tasks, however, some may be done once per week. Kitchen: Trash and recycling out General tidying and cleaning Empty dishwasher and load Cleaning pots and pans Clean fridge Throughout House: Vacuum and mopping Dusting General tidying Put away toddler toys Laundry into hampers Bedrooms: Change sheets and bedding Bathrooms (2): General cleaning Towels out Laundry: Bedding and towels

This is a move-in cleaning, very little furniture currently in the home.

We have a cat & lots of stuff to move in order to clean around and under. Hubby 90 years old & uses a cane. I'm 68 with handicap for which I use a knee scooter. I am sole maintainer of everything, but lately at a disadvantage with not being able to put pressure on my left foot. Hence reason need help.
