Academic Mentor And Dog Care
I hold a BA in Anthropology. I graduated with a minor in Sociology and a concentration in Latin America from Indiana University of PA. While in college, I spent 3 years as a paid Peer Mentor for the university. I have experience working with "at-risk" students as well as honors college students.
I've lived abroad for 3 years. I graduated from Spanish language school in Costa Rica and taught ESL at a college level in Santa Cruz, Bolivia for 2 years.
My area of academic mentorship includes reading, writing, history, anthropology, archaeology, humanities, psychology, and sociology. I also have experience with video editing, producing, and shooting. In addition, I have a background as a musician, playing trumpet and French horn in High School along with acoustic guitar. If there are any areas in which you believe I could be of help, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Moreover, I love animals. I have rescued two dogs, one border collie and the other a large Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix. I enjoy exercising with dogs and making sure they are well cared for, just like my own.
