Hi! I'm a certified teacher. I substitute teach full-time at Woodland Hills High school during the school year. I'm available to help with childcare, special needs care, and senior care from June to August. I have 20+ years of professional/ personal experience. Specifically, I have extensive experience with youth and adults on the spectrum.

Pattie showed up on time and always had activities planned. My daughter always wants her to come back and spend more time because they have so much fun together. She definitely wants to keep my daughter active with fun things such as painting and coloring, and she always makes sure to keep me updated as to how things are going while I'm not home. 

Patti was really good with my 9month old baby.  She was available at the last minute to meet us at the park and came prepared with a blanket as well!! Patti was very understanding and talked a lot to my baby and helped her overcome her separation anxiety.  She took care of all her other needs as well, like feeding and changing her diaper.

Patti is great!  She's very nice and my son (3 at the time) just loved her.  The house was always a bit cleaner than we left it, too.  We hired her pretty regularly to sit for us for 6-8 months until she moved.  We were very disappointed (well, happy for her!) when she moved from Pittsburgh.

She seems like she has a good head on her shoulders and I can definitely recommend her.

Patti arranged to meet with my daughter and I prior to our scheduled sitter night. She was very nice and answered any questions I had. This made the hiring process much less stressful and put my mind at ease. She also arrived early on the night we had her babysit, which gave us time to give any instructions. She was also very responsive to my texts while we were out, giving us updates on how things were going.

Patti served as a therapeutic support staff person for my 12 year old autistic son. She learned so much about him in a one-hour meeting to prepare her to work with him for six weeks during summer camp. She was amazing with him and he took to her instantly which he normally doesn't do. This was a testament to her good natured soul! His verbal and social skills advanced in a short period of time while working with her. She got him to play sports and make new friends easily. She is outstanding and very respectful and will adhere to guidelines set for what is best for your child. Great communicator and your kids will love her. We do!

When our scheduled sitter cancelled a few days prior to our date night and all of our other sitters were busy/out of town, I scrambled to find a new sitter within a few short days. Patti was very responsive and quick to return messages/phone calls. She came out of her way to do a 'meet and greet' with us even when our schedules didn't exactly line up. My 6 year old loved her crafts and games. I personally loved how she was quick to answer texts while we were on our date. I felt comfortable leaving my, 8, 6, and 1 month old in her responsible adult care. We will definitely be keeping her number on our babysitter list.

My daughter absolutely loved Patti!  She brought along materials for craft projects and was generally warm and friendly.  She was very understanding when I had car trouble and made it back home later than planned.  I would definitely recommend her.
