About who needs care: I am a quad amptee who needs a little help. This job is due to the fact that one of my PCA's is in the hospital after surgery and my 2nd PCA is having surgery for a rotator cuff injury. Surgery is not yet scheduled but her pain level makes it very difficult to move. This position may/may not be temporary. About the care needs: Non smoker who enjoys her work with me. Someone who is honest empathetic and has a good sense of humor. If you have household minor repair experience that would be a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing. Preference for a caregiver who is female.

Help needed for my mother in her 60s - seeking part-time hands-on care. While she does live with my father (he is partially blind), the ideal match will meet the criteria below. Medication management is helpful. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Looking for a caring, patient and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Looking for PCA for my mother. She is 66 with a spinal cord injury. She is an electric wheelchair and uses a hoyer to transfer. Experience a plus, but we can train. Main responsibilities on Sunday - get up, bathroom and ready for day. Other days 1-4 p.m. companionship, do some PT exercises, go for walks keep her engaged.
