I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 90s. Meal Preparation: Just have to make a for lunch with a drink and a snack he eats hard-bolied eggs already peeled in the morning, with sliced strawberries, and a jello, and orange juice. My Father in law is extremely pleasant, and rather easy to deal with. He uses a lift chair, and he gets up with his walker. He eats in his wheelchair, and I put his tray table in front of him. He also uses the plastic urinal and a colostomy bag. The disposable system I use is rather easy and we have a system, where he removes the bag, and is still able to click it on himself. Obviously, with assistance. I can show whoever gets hired everything. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
