Our Dining Server is responsible for all aspects of ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our residents and guests. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: *Ability to respond in a patient, courteous, and cooperative manner to residents, staff, and the public is essential. *Ability to read and understand written and verbal communication. *Understand state and sanitation policies and procedures. *Must ensure dining area is clean and stocked and maintain safety and sanitation standards. *Must be familiar with computer, mop broom and required cleaning equipment. *Must be able to lift 20 lbs unassisted and stand on feet for periods of time. *High School Diploma or equivalency. *Must be 18 years of age or older. *1 year of related work experience and experience working with senior adults is preferred. *Offers of employment are conditioned on applicants meeting requirements of a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Shift(s): Part-Time. *Various hours including evenings and weekends between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Our Household Specialist is responsible for serving menu items to order from a limited menu for residents in a caring, home-like environment in our Parsons Health Care Center. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: *Ability to respond in a patient, courteous, and cooperative manner to residents, staff, and the public is essential. *Ability to read and understand written and verbal communication. *Ensure dining area is clean and stocked and maintain safety and sanitation standards. *Ability to perform some light cooking, sandwich preparation and cleaning. *Must be able to lift 20 lbs unassisted and work on feet up to four hours at a time. *1 or 2 years of related work experience and experience working with senior adults is preferred. *High School Diploma or equivalency. *ServSafe certification desired. *Offers of employment are conditioned on applicants meeting requirements of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
