We currently have the most amazing nanny who has been with us for six years - but both my kids will be in school full-time starting in September. I've already found her a new family to join in September - and now we need to find our next Mary Poppins. We are looking for someone loving, fun and consistent to pick-up both kids (boy- age 6, girl - age 3) at school in East Providence and watch them (at our home, library, play dates, etc) from 3:00 - 6/6:30 Monday through Friday. We can add on later nights and/or weekends if more hours are needed. And we are happy to guarantee weekly hours - even if we are home early on Friday/or go on a long weekend. The start date isn't until September - but we would love to get to know you now with frequent babysitting this spring/summer to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Hello! We are a two mom family living in Barrington. We're looking for a nanny to care for our infant (she will be born in late September) and occasionally our 4-year-old. Our 4-year-old, N, will be attending preschool so he will not be there full time. We are looking for someone who will care for our children in our home. While the baby is sleeping, we would ask that you do light household chores related to the children. Toddler is pretty independent and loves to do what she wants when she wants so we are trying to instill structure with what she does and my 2nd is not used to people so before we get her to a daycare facility, I want to see how she does with strangers. With a clean driving record, I would be comfortable with you going to local playgrounds/libraries/etc. for activities. My 4-year-old son is autistic and non-verbal. He is very active and loves to play and move! He has in-home therapy 4 days a week as well as outpatient therapy 1 day a week. He attends school in the afternoons 4 days a week. He will be doing extended school year starting in July. I need someone who has experience with ASD and someone that is quick on their toes in order to keep up with him. He loves sharks and music and all things movement (swings, slides, trampolines). My 6-year-old son has ADHD which is currently being treated. He loves arts and crafts and Minecraft, and he will talk your ear off with all of his silly stories. He currently is in school all day, 5 days a week and will be attending camp 3 days a week starting in July. I am currently a stay-at-home mom and have been for their entire lives and will be going back to work full time.

I recently had knee surgery. I can hold the baby, and open the door for the dogs to go out on their leash run. Almost 3-year-old is very independent but needs guidance, direction, and help with basic/daily needs. My Husband has taken time off of work since my surgery, but needs to go back. He works in the film industry. There is an upcoming movie with likely long 12+ hour days. My two kids go to daycare full time M-F in Providence. So I'd need help getting everyone ready and dropped of to daycare in the morning. Then picked up from daycare and help with dinner/bedtime routine in the afternoon/night. if I have appointments to go to during the day I'd need to be driven to those as well. I expect that as long as my husband is working I will need this or similar level of help for awhile. (Many other movie projects coming up in the fall.)
