Frida was an incredible Mexican folk artist, and we adore how deeply she loved art, color, and flowers—so much inspiration that it simply can’t fit into just one day! This week, we’ll take a creative deep dive into her world as campers paint expressive portraits, sculpt bold flowers, build beautiful collages, and fill vases with their own artistic flair. The days may be getting shorter, but all that darkness just gives us an opportunity to celebrate light! No matter where you look at this magical time of year, you'll see a twinkle in the night, inspiring hope and joy. Our objective this week is to capture the essence of that glimmering shine in our art! With a limited palette and a focus on values students will mimic the flicker of light while practicing their blending techniques.

Every week we will be setting up for the most wonderful creative experience for you and your little ones. Each class is filled with opportunity to explore, create and make a mess! Week 14 - Lets make gifts today! Whether it's for your family or friends, today we want to help take a couple of gifts off your cheek list. We will be starting with ornaments and ending with cards. there will also be a winter set up with snowmen in our sensory areas! A wonderful week to get in the spirit of the holidays.

This two-hour class offers a perfect mix of creativity and art education. Students work on a monthly project following curriculum, building their skill and technique each week at their own pace. This class encourages monthly attendance.
