It's our 2nd birthday and we are so exited to.celebrate with you all. As usual we will be painting and crafting the morning away - refreshments will be served. There is a $5 entry fee that will be refunded if you bring a gift - these gifts will be donated to the Yale Children's Unit - where we visit on a weekly basis to paint with the children. We can't wait to celebrate and will be offering our ANNUAL DISCOUNTS. Thank you for being a part of helping us to grow and stay a part of this wonderful community.

Beginner art classes are perfect for children under 7 who love to explore different mediums and create little masterpieces. Each month, children work with materials such as clay, acrylic on canvas, watercolors, ink, and more. Art is such an important part of a child’s life, and we are so grateful to be part of their creative journey

Join us each Friday for a magical morning of creativity, connection, and play—designed especially for your littlest artists. Each week, we’ll explore a new hands-on activity for caregivers and children to enjoy together, along with sensory stations filled with textures, colors, and imagination. Campers will dive into creativity as they learn about character design, storytelling, and even a little entrepreneurship while bringing their own original characters to life. The fun continues with board-game making, character cards, daily projects, and an exciting village-wide competition! All campers can enter their character for a chance to have it professionally illustrated by creator Hannah Perry. Optional Giggling Pig goodie bags and signed books will also be available. Afterschool Club is back! Sign up for 2 hours or up to 4! Want to stay later? Pay $15 per hour up to 2 hours more! Start at 2:30PM or 3:30PM

A joyful introduction to art designed just for our youngest creators. In this 4-week session, children will explore color, texture, canvas, paper, and multi-media materials in a nurturing, hands-on environment. The focus is on creativity, confidence, and discovery — not perfection. Through playful exploration, students develop fine motor skills, social interaction, and early artistic confidence while beginning to see themselves as artists. Spots are limited to keep class sizes small and supportive.

Frida was an incredible Mexican folk artist, and we adore how deeply she loved art, color, and flowers—so much inspiration that it simply can’t fit into just one day! This week, we’ll take a creative deep dive into her world as campers paint expressive portraits, sculpt bold flowers, build beautiful collages, and fill vases with their own artistic flair. Don’t miss this truly one-of-a-kind week of art, bursting with color, creativity, and Frida-inspired magic!

Every Sunday from 9:30 - 11am, we host a canvas painting class that guides students through making a weekly work of art. Each week we build upon skills and learn new techniques. This class has been a part of The Giggling Pig for almost 16 years and a favorite among families. We really look forward to seeing the work each week that is created and know you will too.

Our Advanced Art Class is perfect for children ages 9–14 who are ready to work more independently while still benefiting from the guidance and support of a teacher. Students create larger-scale projects using a variety of mediums, including acrylic on canvas, watercolor, sculpture, mixed media, and more. We encourage creativity, individual expression, and the development of artistic skills at each student’s own pace. Each month features a new theme to inspire creativity, along with access to hundreds of images in our in-house gallery for reference and inspiration. Whether your child has years of experience or is simply passionate about art, our welcoming studio environment provides the perfect place to learn, create, and grow.

It's the last week of CAMP. Full Days/Full Week ONLY We heard you needed one more week!!!

Dive into a magical week of sea life! From seashells and sandcastles to mermaids and starfish, campers will explore all the wonders of the ocean through hands-on creativity and imagination. This week, your child will bring home starfish sculptures, canvas paintings, and beautiful ocean-inspired illustrations—plus a few surprise seashell treasures we can’t wait to share! Join us for a wave of fun and creativity!

Join us for a weekly class where child and caregiver can enjoy time being creative. We have various activities set up from sensory stations to painting and exploring!

Intermediate art classes are perfect for children aged 7 - 9 years who've a passion for creating art. Each month, children work with materials such as clay, acrylic on canvas, watercolors, ink, and more. Within each class, students will develop their skills and understanding of using the different materials. We encourage individual expression and creativity in every class. Our focus is on building self-esteem, confidence, and a love of creating rather than achieving a perfect finished product. We believe that the process of making art is just as important as the artwork itself, helping children develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and pride in their unique ideas.

Advanced art projects will NOT be completed in one week. These are longer projects and take up to 4 classes to complete. We work with a variety of mediums and take our art to different levels with shading and details.
