Turn up the volume on your creativity in this fun, expressive painting class inspired by the power of music. In this session, artists will choose a favorite song, album, or musical genre and transform its mood, lyrics, and energy into a one-of-a-kind album cover design. We’ll explore color, composition, and visual storytelling as you bring sound to life on canvas—whether that means bold abstract expression, detailed imagery, or a mix of both. Guidance will be provided on layout, lettering, and creative techniques to help you capture the essence of your chosen music. Perfect for teens and adults of all skill levels, this class encourages personal expression and artistic freedom. Leave with a finished piece that looks like it belongs on the front of your very own record.

Piglet's Playgroup is a weekly session for children ages 1-5 and caregivers to nurture their creative relationships. Through meaningful, sensory rich experiences including dry and messy sensory play, playdough provocations and collage tables, and paint exploration stations we will play and learn together, picking up powerful skills like problem solving and making friends. We believe in child-led learning. There is so much power (and joy) that follows when you provide your child with the space and tools to discover themselves through sensory rich, meaningful exploration. We hope you'll join us and share moments of joy magic together this fall. Caregivers will leave with an understanding of the benefits of sensory play and tips on how to encourage this journey together at home. Dress for a mess!

What better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than learning all about Mexican folk art? This week we are diving into color as we explore the rich history embedded into the symbolism of artesanía art. Students will learn about symmetry as they implement detailed patterns of their own design. Filling the page in bold color to mimic the vibrant aesthetic of this renowned art style. Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old. 90-min class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year!
