With an emphasis on sensation rather than likeness, Cézanne bridged impressionism and cubism to influence a whole new era of art. Students will implement bold color as they depict a still life of oranges. Exploring familiar techniques like form and pattern, we will expand the class's comprehension as our focus shifts from realism to expression, broadening the use of their artistic skills.

A great place for kids AND adults to hang out! There are several rooms for kids to play in: Gym with a basketball hoop, ride on cars, and various balls to play with; Reading room with lots of books for all ages, quiet play toys, stepping stones, and Duplos; and a Game room with board games, building toys, and a wall with all kinds of magnets. Please keep the toys in the rooms where you find them and please clean up before you leave. Feel free to bring food/drinks to consume in the "party room," but we ask that you clean up after yourselves. All children over the age of 1 need to pay and be registered. Fee is $10 for the first child and $8 for each additional sibling.

Spring Break Speak Up Camp | Grades 2–5 Half Day Camp | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM A super fun, game-based public speaking camp where kids build confidence, creativity, and communication skills without even realizing they’re learning! With these foundational skills, students will learn techniques to express their creativity. Classes alternate between Drawing and Painting on a weekly basis. All skill levels welcome. Students will learn to draw and paint multiple objects as a group taking into account proportions, depth, structures, along with light and shadows. Using acrylic or oil, students will flex these core principles of composition to attain the freedom to draw and paint three-dimensional still-life, landscapes and fictional paintings. Tiny builders, big ideas! This week, campers design and decorate their own dream dollhouses using cardboard, clay, fabric, and imagination. From tiny furniture to colorful wall art, they’ll bring their miniature homes to life in the most delightful, creative way. SPEECH & LANGUAGE GROUP Led by Kristyn Sequeira — M.S. CCC-SLP | 12+ Years of Experience This interactive speech and language group is designed to support children who need a boost in understanding and using spoken language. Through fun, purposeful activities, children work on expanding vocabulary, forming longer sentences, retelling stories, sequencing events, following multi-step directions, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Each session is tailored to your child’s individual language goals and includes: - Play-based activities that make learning language fun - Evidence-based strategies to improve comprehension and expression - Support for social interaction, turn-taking, and functional communication This group builds foundational skills that support success at school, at home, and in everyday life. Join us this Spring for an exciting Spanish adventure! This season, Brilliant Bilingual presents our new theme, “Detectives en Acción” (Detectives in Action). Students will step into the role of young detectives, using Spanish to follow clues, describe people and places, and solve a mystery—all while gaining a glimpse into the vibrant culture and life of Mexico. Open to K–5 students of all proficiency levels, the Spanish Club makes learning come alive through fun games, interactive projects, and creative storytelling. As our detectives piece together the clues, they’ll naturally build vocabulary for colors, clothing, physical features, and more. At the end of the session, students will showcase what they’ve learned in a fun presentation revealing their final discovery! Brilliant Bilingual reserves the right to remove students from the club without refunding payment in the event of repeated misbehavior. Tardy Policy ---- Spanish Club ends at 3:30pm. Parents who pick their students up directly after Spanish Club must be ready to pick them up at 3:30pm. Any parent or responsible caregiver who does not pick up their student by 3:45pm will be charged a late fee of $1/minute. Late fees will automatically be applied to the card placed on file at the time of registration. School Closure Policy ---- Brilliant Bilingual clubs may close/cancel clubs due to certain circumstances (Extreme Weather Conditions, Natural Disasters, Infrastructure Problems). Parents/guardians will be informed via SMS or mobile notifications and email announcements. Make-up classes may or may not take place, depending on the nature of the closure and the school's assessment. All enrollment fees paid are non-refundable.
