He had a very difficult youth, yet managed to get a full scholarship, finish college and earn an MA. He's kind and caring, yet straightforward when he needs to be. As far as his teaching skills, I have experienced them firsthand when he trained my dog and me (he's a certified dog trainer) and also when I needed to learn choreography and was having trouble getting the sequences. In both cases, he exhibited patience and excellence communication skills, both of which are critical in being a good teacher.
