Child Care Giver Available

My name is Laura. I am interested in providing child care in my home. Please allow me to tell you a little about myself and why I would be a great childcare option for your child(ren.) I am a mother of two little boys ages 4 and 16 months so I know what goes through the minds of small children. Ha ha! Plus, being a mother I know how precious your children are to you and I will always follow your rules and I will care for your child with all the care and love that I have for my own children. Your child's safety is very important to me. I will always keep a close eye on your little ones and if an emergency would come up, you will be glad to know that I have been in healthcare for 2 years. I am certified as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) license #147630 and I am certified in CPR including infant CPR. Also, I have FBI child abuse clearance. My rates are negotiable so tell me what you can afford and I will do my best to make it happen. A few things to note: I have animals in my home. They have been raised around my own children and are very friendly and patient. I am a non-smoker. I don't drink, party, or do drugs. I am available M-F 24 hours a day (including overnight.) Weekends I am available only for evening and overnight shifts. I am currently employed and looking to switch to child care, so in order to allow enough notice to my employer I will need about two weeks before I can start the childcare. You may email me, but it will be quicker to reach me by phone. Sincerely, Laura

Starting at $197/wk

Children's School is a Christian child care center serving children age three through Kindergarten. In addition to our full-day care, we also offer a mornings-only Nursery Class for three- and four-year olds. Our center is licensed by the PA Department of Human Services and participates in Keystone STARS, a state-funded quality and retention initiative that rewards centers that go beyond minimum standards.

Teachers prepare lessons using the state's Early Learning Standards to ensure that children are receiving a firm foundation that will benefit them throughout their educational career.

Our Kindergarten program is registered with the PA Department of Education and features a curriculum that is in alignment with the West Shore School District. Kindergarten is a half day of instruction (morning) with custodial care provided in the afternoon.

During the summer, we offer care for children up through sixth grade. Older students are housed in an adjacent building and participate in age-appropriate activities and off-site field trips.

Students are served meals that are prepared on site, along with morning and afternoon healthy, nutritious snacks. Students may choose from one of two entrees for lunch, which, along with snacks, is included in the tuition price.

We have a wide variety of part-time options available, along with our full-time care. Part-time options include two, three and four days a week as well as three, four or five mornings a week.
