Our little one is currently in daycare so start date in flexible. Mom works a hybrid schedule, in office 2-3 days a week and home the others. Moms work day schedule can be flexible. Dad is in the office 5 days a week but can be home by 5 p.m.

The older girls (13 and 10) are self-sufficient and just need school pick up from time to time. So, it's mainly help with the baby and toddler. And we're looking now! Some cleaning/organizing would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Though rare, we ask that you handle pickups/drop-offs as needed. Seeking someone to assist with light meal preparation, laundry, and organizing. Additional hours for date nights on Fridays or Weekends but that's optional.

My wife is a school teacher who will be working virtually from home this year, and will need someone to play with and entertain our little girl during the day.
