We are looking for care for our mother. She is a retired RN, and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, She is ambulating with a walker anddoes have difficulty communicating and finding words, displaying aphasia-like symptoms. Mom still does know her family members .
Mom lives with our Father in Cumberland. We are looking for a companion with memory care experience for Mom, who is also able to assist with some personal care, ADLs, exercises as well as occasional walks. One of our goals is to provide some relief to our Dad, as he is the 24/7 caregiver to Mom.
