Top Quality Home Care is committed to helping our seniors stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible while exceeding our senior's expectations. We understand the goal of home care is to increase the quality of life for your loved one as well as keeping a safe environment. We do this by setting attainable goals and treating each of our seniors and caregivers with honesty, integrity, reliability, respect and consistency while honoring their privacy, dignity, property and familycustoms.<br/>Being that Top Quality Home Care is a family owned and operated company; it is our mission and aspiration that each and every one of our seniors feel loved as if they are a part of this (our) family. While most of the big franchise companies can offer the average “quality care” spiel, we thrive on a more personal touch with a constant family atmosphere. Our approach is our genuine compassion for the elderly and our positive attitude - caring is never considered a job here but just another day spent with loved ones. Our “family members” (seniors) believe in us, because we believe in them.<br/><br/>Family Portal<br/><br/>• Each of our “family members” will receive a personal website for their family and health care providers.<br/>• Live up-to-date information on their loved ones, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. <br/>• Live shift schedules, timecards, and shift tasks are reported real time to the care provider and families.<br/>• Family message center to communicate with all family members, your care provider, and external care provider<br/>• This is one of the many ingredients that will differentiate our family from other larger agencies. <br/><br/>Our Caregivers<br/><br/>All of caregivers are required by the state to have background checks through the Florida Department of Justice and the FBI. We also require all our caregivers to have a CPR and First Aid certification, TB test, and records proving no communicable diseases in the past 6 months.
