The Montessori Children’s House of Arlington provides a non-sectarian
educational program for young children based on the values and principles of
Dr. Maria Montessori. MCHA offers a nature-based, authentic Montessori
Children’s House that addressesthe social, emotional, physical, and academic
needs of children ages 15 months through 6 years. MCHA upholds the philosophy
and pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori, as interpreted by the faculty and Head
of School, in its efforts to facilitate an environment conducive to the child’s self construction, and to encourage respect, responsibility, and love for the self, for
others, and for the environment
The Montessori Children’s House of Arlington offers a nurturing and
developmentally appropriate education for children within the First Plane of
Development of ages 15 months to 6 years. Our qualified Guides follow the
philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori to create holistic, joyful, and safe environments
