Our school is charted by New York state Board of Regents and recognized by Association Montessori International (AMI). In addition to our outstanding AMI trained Directress our program offers a variety of resources. The children are serviced by a doctor, clinical counselor, nurse (available to get that vision hearing and scoliosis screening, give first aid and emergency), certified speech therapist and other specialist. Senior citizen form RSVP increased the staff size by sharing their talents in areas of reading aloud, craft, wood carving, library etc. Additionally the music program at the Maria Montessori school included an opera each year, plays, Orff instrumental, recorder festivals and choral groups.
