Succor Estate Sales offers an invaluable service to families who are downsizing a home and do not know what to do with all of the personal property that is no longer wanted. You will no longer feel the stress of years of accumulation once we take it on.
We host an in-home estate sale over the course of three days and can have your home prep'd and ready within a week. By turning your home into a boutique retail environment we are able to increase the value of the items sold. We handle all advertising, all staffing expenses, we accept credit cards, and we can even handle donation, junk removal, and cleaning services once the estate sale is over. We work on a commission basis and you will have a check in your hand within a week of the estate sale!
In addition to estate sales we offer:
Staging services using existing furniture and decor and keeping in mind an estate sale after your home has sold.
Design/Organization/Moving services for people who are looking to keep some of their previously loved items with them in the next stage of their life.
