At Smart Start Early Learning In-Home Child Care, we provide a quality child care program in a learning and loving environment for infants to school age children. Our goal will be to expose your child to various experiences that will develop him or her socially, emotionally and educationally. In addition, we understand that children have a need for play that serves as a means of learning about and making sense of the world. Our philosophy is that play is essential to all aspects of children's development. Play is an important vehicle for children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, as well as a reflection on their development. We believe that children learn by playing.
