Raul was nice and polite last year for a ride. We tipped him well. But on way back he picked up someone else for timeshare without asking us and we didn't like that. We did tell many seniors about him and said he was nice. This year we found him to be rude and he hung up on us and didn't call back the night before like he said he would. We understood from his email he sent us that his business was down and he mentioned he would do curbside at Randalls but he asked us for our credit card first or money first or blank check. I said we will reimburse you as soon as you bring. Let the senior beware! By the way it took him 5 days to answer my email and phone call...I don't consider that professional and he sounded sick. When I called him back today to see what his wife said because he said he had to ask his wife he hung up on me. My husband is a handicapped Vet who served this country 39 1/2 years and said we don't need to have anything too do with someone that rude.
